Sakura, the key ingredient of this delicious cocktail bitters, is a blend of natural cherry petals and leaves.The variety of cherry blossoms is Yae Sakura(Sekiyama Sakura) which blooms in southern area of Nagano prefecture. Pairs beautifullyin a Gin and Tonic or with Shochu, and will impress with a few drops in a nice creamy lager.
